I dunno. I saw Telegram and instantly thought "Linuxxx must see this and put a stop to this." You've trained me to Pavlovian-ly think of you when I see that word. I don't know whether to thank you or curse you.
Also, I'd love to not use WhatsApp, but my GF isn't keen on moving to Riot.im for the moment. ._. -

She can't have her phone at work, and even if she did, she she has no signal... So Signal's Chrome App, the WhatsApp Desktop App, and LINE's desktop App won't work because they require a connection with the phone.
I think she'd be okay with Riot, if she would remember where to go and what her login was... -
@Alice why "ugh teamspeak"? Hosting on-premise and everything encrypted ain't good enough? In addition to that better audio quality ( approx. 10% better on CELT Mono maxed out).. Better than discord in any way...

Another dev on my team just got a new machine. Before he came in today I made two separate USB installers and ...
When I still used swing to programm some games, I met a friend and I told him stupid because he was using linux instead of just windows, just because I didnt knew what linux actually is. He then showed me some features of linux and I said, that I'll never switch to linux because I like Win 10. After that he showed me Discord as well as telegram. And again i told him I'll never use it because I got teamspeak and whatsapp. About 1 week later I only use Discord, have a linux OS installed and using telegram (but still whatsapp).
