Don't pretend to know something you don't. And yeah, google frontend interview questions, your interviewers do the same.

ameware3137yTry to read a bit about their tech stack. Even if you're not an expert at all the items on the list, showing some interest in the matter will definitely make a good impression.

RTRMS36907y@jsframework9000 really, in 12 years I have never been asked a question found on Google, I have also never asked any of those questions, quite frankly all I care about if your code, hr can deal with the rest. Fuck, my last 2 jobs did not even have a test.
I am the guy that asks totally random and completely unrelated questions to throw you off balance and make you fucking relax, like how do you drink your coffee and what's you opinion on bootstrap, that 2nd one determines how I vote. -
@RTRMS I have been asked questions that I remembered from online lists and W3schools
-
RTRMS36907y@jsframework9000 W3schools, I would have rejected the job. I can't work for a company that would bring up such blasphemy in an interview.
-
@RTRMS They rejected me anyway😁 (I'm not the most skilled of devs).I really hate interviews where they ask you the most obscure javascript bullshit that can be easily googled if you need it.
-
RTRMS36907y@jsframework9000 I am self thought, think most js guys are, but they asked a few logic puzzles and then a couple of technical ones using proper names, like what is a closure, 2 years later, new job, am the team lead and still would not be able to answer that, but from what I remember it's some I use repeatedly.
I person would not care weather or not you knew what it's technical name was. As long as whenever it was more beneficial to use it over the other thing, you do, cuz being able to do the job is far more valuable than remember the things names.
