Am I the only one having issues in getting the images displayed on rants?

nope mine not showing images or avatars. Just ignoring since this is the only social platform where you do not need images to know wtf going on.

Are you using the latest version of the app?

A few other people seemed to have this issue after the domain change, but right now I have no idea what the issue is :/

@artisanLabs I have an idea of what the issue might be. Going to revert some things with our CloudFront configs, will respond when that’s complete.

I think the config change I made is what fixed it.

To make a long story short, when I set up new CloudFront distributions for the new .com domain, I used some newer settings for SSL and http version and I think one of those caused some issues. I changed them to match the old distributions so that’s likely what fixed it.

I’m still not sure why those settings broke images for select devices though.

By the way the config change is still propagating on CloudFront so this might not be fixed for everyone yet.
