@ThatDude I know but their excuse was you were good at it so we promoted you then I asked why didn’t I get a raise? To that they said you agreed to salary before jointing. You will have to wait at least 6 months to ask for a raise.

@JohnHub hahaha it was total bullshit. So I left the job the following month since they were still making me do more work than originally agreed upon.
I was hired as a junior game developer and I had a senior who was working alongside me on a client’s project.
Within one month they moved my senior to another project and made me the project manager of the project that I was working on.
Worst fucking experience ever. Client’s were unresponsive for a week sometimes and pretty strict when it came to deadlines. Needless to say my employer lost the client and I was made the junior developer again.
