Who in the flying FUCK puts the SOS button right where you'd rest your shoulder at the STANDING SEATS?!?

@404response the train stops because of safety precautions and personnel has to come and check if there is an emergency.

@balte Nono the SOS button just calls the train driver in case of emergency, the emergency stop lever is something else :D

One day I ran through the whole train to punsh against the drivers door yelling: "STOP THE FUCKING TRAIN! PLEASE!"

The train stopped.

I ran out the door, about 50 meters to the place I had waited for the train. The driver just stuck his head out of the window yelling "OMG! What's up?!", when he saw me picking up my hat that I'd forgotten. And believe it or not, he was simply doing a facepalm and I jumped back into the train.

I just realised several weeks later how stupid that situation was and that almost everyone on the train potentially desired to stick my head up my arse that day.

I’m more interested in what a standing seat is?

@C0D4 they usually put a bar on the side. You can lean on it.

New German trains have the same button, in my case the train driver spoke to me over the intercom. I try to look out and avoid standing next to those buttons ever since. No good usability after all!
