Oooooooook. Turns out it was a thing that shouldn't have been impacting it, but their devs coded the error wrong so when the error occurs, it all breaks... -

That's insane. Anytime I've had to call for support for anything, it's never been even close to that long. And I'm an idiot.

@MissDirection these aren't with general users. They're with server teams, network team, dev team, etc. When typical users call in, I tell them to stay in the line to test, and then call dev team to interact with.

I saw something fun on iOS but I'm not sure if it works on android:
Start a face time
Go into time setting and change time forward
Then the total call time will change based on whatever you set the time to
