Just saw a review on someones ai chat assistant app "it requires me to have a chatgpt account or chatgpt api key before i can use the app" and gives it a 1 star solely because of that. God these fucking users are fucking retarded. Get fucked. Users deserve to get drained all money into my wallet

    Chai is the best AI chatting app. Replika is great as well. For dem people wanting to know. Expensive tough

    This is absolutely valid. Get fucked.

    Would've given a one star review aswell, unless CLEARLY communicated that you CANNOT use this Software without a ChatGPT API Key. Because that's not something a User should do in the first place, or even know what that is.

    @thebiochemic you have a choice to login via your chatgpt account (just like google sign in twitter sign in github sign in) OR, via chatgpt api key. Read what i write carefully next time

    @b2plane it doesn't change the fact that you need to have a *paid* account on some other service to use this service. This is plain stupid and needs to be communicated as obvious as possible

    @b2plane okay fair enough. I just checked the chatgpt website. Apparently you have a free tier. I didn't know that.

    If i need a chatgpt account for that, i can aswell just use chatgpt itself 🤷
