SVN sucks a Lot. Why the fuck people still using this shit instead of git? FML

SVN has been around for longer, some companies are used to it and don't want to switch when SVN already works. Migration would usually require a lot of rework of tools, build scripts, employee training, etc.

But I do hate it, too!

My university uses SVN. I didn't need git so far actually.

@binop we'll probably my problem is that I used git for about 5 years and now I am using svn. If you sometimes get to use git you will know you always needed git and you didnt know it

Some teams where I work still use accurev.

Only a week working in a new company and I want to leave from day 1, they use svn, skype for chat and meets and combine spanish and english all over the code.... I'm not gonna make it a month here
