C0D4669027yi woud have chosen django, ive never had a liking for codeignitor.
this one time, i was handed a 90% site built in codeignitor and not once did the dev that started ever use any naive plugins.
routing for example was a single switch() with about 300 odd pages hard coded in with user permission checkes for each one -_- i almost cried when i was tasked in adding a "few" more pages. -
I am currently facing a similar situation. I am equally comfortable with php and python (and many other backend languages really) and continue to debate in regards to what will I use for a large business project I have in mind. Whats worse is that I am also looking at Go and cannot make up my mind so .... but hey! Codeigniter is not a bad choice at all! Have fun!
