wojtek3221148352d@b2plane Incompetency, personal dislike of the managers, being lied to in interviews, selling personal services (of their company) or other business, increased pressure, being "forced" to work during (legal) sick leave, no longer fitting the companies DNA (whatever that means), budget reasons then hiring 3 more people in the same position, ...

This year, 28 employees left my company or got fired. Currently, there are 28 still employed. In the start of the year, around 35 people were employed.
