I guess it's only aimed at companies and not individuals? Companies like to make calls just for solving simple shit.

@cafecortado is right, most users won't pay for chatbots but the FOMO among corporate management is through the roof right now.
So they will buy any piece of shit with "AI like chatgpt" written on top, but they are likely to chose the one that looks more "professional and advanced" (I.E. the most bureaucratic one).
Frankly, I'm happy people are burning cash like incense on the altar of their AI saviour, that will get the whole hype cycle crashing down sooner.
