android studio. no question. its way too clunky (obviously same thing with IntelliJ idea) and doesn't do many things well (like renaming an app)

Yes, I seriously coded in notepad. I didn't know fancy editors were a thing -- I knew about visual studio, but that was it, and visual studio was only for VB and C/C++.

That fucking VBA thing that doesn't indent automatically, has shitty color schemes that can hardly be changed, and where you can't fucking use an external editor because the code is fucking included in the accdb file
