						I'm just a worried Eagles fan now. Hoping for a good playoff run, but stressed about losing Wentz.

						That is one of the best benefits of working from home now,
I don't have to go out in the winter. -

						@moagggi did I start the binary odometer challenge? Now we need someone to get 101010 and 42.
 -

						@Wackoo high or low density and are they double sided?
 -

						@jAsE I use to have some of those. What I want to know is why all the floppies I bought in the early 2000s are full of bad sectors, but I can pull one out from 1992 and it is perfect. Maybe QA was just like screw it nobody is going to use these next year.

						I usually play older games. They take minutes to install and then a day or more to get them to work without crashing on Windows 10. Since they came out when windows Windows 98 was the most popular OS

						I just started reading Clean Code. Finjshed reading The Clean Coder about a week ago which had a lot of stuff to help me improve my soft skills.
 -

						@harrizsb nope, IE was first released on Windows 95. The only browser I personally used on Windows 3.1 was Netscape.

						I saw this post and looked this notebook up and ended up buying one. Can't believe I never heard of them they are awesome.
I do wish it would do some sort of OCR with the app to convert it to an editable page in OneNote, but it still works great to archive what I am writing. -

						Got to love the hot dog theme.
 -

						@noctemx I do but he is 13.
 -

						My Surface Book usually lasts more than 8 hours unless I'm playing games on it. The HP pro book I have for work will maybe make it 4 hours if I'm lucky.
 -

						Fidget cube.
 -

						Just remember, "Just do the thing."
I have a problem where I watch training videos and study tutorials, but feel I don't get it yet and don't try to use what I learned out of fear of failing. Then when I finally just decide to do it, it all clicks and suddenly seems easy. -

						@Voxera True, I wonder why they used flash.
 -

						That is not Windows 2000. Aero Glass was introduced with Windows Vista. I would say it is probably Windows 7.
 -

						Mine is text based and from Minnesota. 🤓
 -

						I got into computers and then programming after watching War Games back in the 4th grade. Wish I would have had access to all the info I do today back then.
 -

						@mvalentin thanks for the advice.
 -

						Yep, I found that the function I passed the date to expects MM/DD/YYYY. It was for a pretty old product.

						@anon81 it depends on how willing they are to dig into a subject when learning. If they just teach themselves to code yeah, but if they learn software design, patterns, testing, etc they can be really good.
 -

						@spongessuck lol, I didn't even notice that.
 -

						Nope, I have dogs.
 -

						I haven't done much yet, but it seems a lot faster.
 -

						In my experience my computers last a lot longer than my keyboards do. Maybe that is why.
 -

						Surface Book is what is use personally.
 -

						@idchlife for how much time I spend on trying to get Xbox achievements, this might improve my work. 😁
 -

						That is exactly what it is like where I live. So, I went out and bought a higher end router with 5ghz support. There is only one other network on 5ghz near me. I also bought a power line network adapters for the XBoxs we have on our lowest level.

						@jens-peter this one started out just like what you did, but since I have 7 months before the wedding I keep adding in extras. My co-worker said if I keep this up I'll still be tweaking it on the wedding day. 😁
