Fellow devs,

If your boss asks you for an estimation don't follow your gut coz your gut sucks. Ask for time to analyse before giving any estimation. And yeah don't forget external factors such as :
- third party tool down (github I'm looking at you)
- updates (windows, IDE, etc.)
- 90% of the time it doesn't work
- if it involves front dev just go ahead and double your estimation
- YOUR BOSS THINKS YOU OVERESTIMATED

I'm absolutely fuming why on earth would someone try to apply exactly all rules of a theoretical concept. I hate those so called "scrum masters". We can't apply all rules of agile we're not machines. There's real life and theory.

Holy shit big companies are absolutely rubish. How on earth do they not think about the long term. I'm like "look what we are doing isn't right, we can't make new functionality that will no longer works in 6month. The other department webservices are changing and you're well aware of that" and they're like "we need to produce value, we don't have the resources, blabla". Why should I care? f#ck you it's not my company and don't come back crying that it's not working.

Long time reader and here it is my first post. I decided to introduce myself with my beta chrome extension (Youtube football rivals filter : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/...). Basically the extension hides youtube suggestions of teams that I'm not interested in. I've been using this extension for a while now and decided to share it (it's completely free and no ads). If you like it I can make a firefox version. I know a lot of you guys use firefox quantum and been bragging about how good it is lol. All suggestions are very welcome.
