It happens sometimes to me, although i wouldnt call it a breakdown. I usually try to recreate the exciting experience when I got some code to work for the first time in my life. I find sonething that ive never done before, write a trivial but fun program so that it gives me that sense of achievement. Other times i research the thing that got me so frustrated in the first place. not trying to search for solutions, just making a pact with the devil, getting comfortable with it. I also go to hookers.

@samk Im dont wanna argue. i dont have a proposed solution. writers who really wanna contribute should google their soon to be released article's title and format the hard drive when they see that the topic they were writing about has been used and abused by other writers already. instead, come up with somethong original. use a keyword tool for ideas. whatever im just pissed if and this is the place to let ut out.

@superuser been there, done that. i soon realized im recreating from scratch things that angular or backbone offer. i need to be efficient at my job. thats why i use frameworks now. or you can go down the react way and assemble packages together. just one thing though: do not ever type npm update.

use a node js platform to write your gui in js and html. you can find desktop node frameworks. its the easist solution for linux
