@JsonC11 yeah, saw those before. :)
-
@SystemZ lol yeah. Love Linux. Just that there's a few stuff that's keeping me on Windows (Overwatch)
-
@lostpirate oh, are there labels like that?? I'm still really new to github so, not familiar with the system. I'm mostly used to C++ or Java
-
Obviously everyone uses Sticky Notes. Wonder why people won't admit it. 🤔
-
Use the Gnome version... They're ditching Unity now.. :(
-
@drRoss well, that's true. But just the fact that the system was designed such back in time is kind of... Shocking.
-
Ohh Nice :) I'll def give it a try soon
-
Also did that last year but with Ubuntu dual boot. Except, it started to get a bit annoying to restart every day... So back to windows for now
-
Indeed. As a developer, its hard to enjoy these contents with my friends... They don't see what I see in the memes and they don't understand why the situation is so funny.. Here, everyone gets it. And sometimes I'm the one who doesn't understand... But still. A wonderful community

@oscarascal 😉

For(int i = 0; i != rand(); i++)
# code
# pray you get a 10
Just realized my keyboard doesn't have a less than sign after the update.... Wtf -
If you don't know to code at all, self learning won't be the best.
If you can code in any other language, you'll pick up python quickly. Just try to do a small project in python by googleing basic syntax. That's how I learned python -

@oscarascal teacher assistant, teaching assistant... Basically just there to help put since the class is too big and the teacher can't help everyone. For our school, usually anyone who took the class with a good grade
-
Yeah, samsung is nice in some parts... But wayyy too overrated
-
Wow... Looks amazing.
So, what language do you code in? -
Yeah, there are TAs that rly aren't helpful, and some Students who should be TAs...
-
Maybe try out whitespace next??
-
@twome basically lets me use linux terminal in windows. Its just amazing
-
@dudipsh yep, but i think it depends on the monitor. Doubt all of them can do it.
-
Somewhat accurate representation
-
Looks nice with 3 monitors. One thing. If you can, try rotating one of them vertically. If you set it up properly, its great when reading the console.
-
Yeah, for some people it might not look like a button since there's no border... Maybe put it below the two button and give it a color instead of a text-only Buttom
-
@Bubbles well, I'm a college student in US, but I've done an intern at Korea
-
Its a feature now.
-
It kind of sounds like your professor could just want to give you some challenges so you get better at programming. The more you test with your code, the more you learn. I feel like its much better than just leaving you do nothing once you're done.
In real job, I haven't worked in the US, but I guess its kind of similar except its not that fun. -
I made my website into a puzzle. There's a puzzle somewhere, maybe in the sourcecode. And the answer of the puzzle is the name of a html file. They access the file by changing the url, and there's another puzzle and so on.

//prob not

I rly don't see why CS classes take attendance when you learn more from stack overflow in a few days than you learn from your professor the entire semester. Thank god our univ just uploads the lectures instead
-
Always heard of it, but never rly looked into it. What's so good about json??
