I can say that awards do not mean anything in this industry. Your accomplishments within organization are limited to that organization only. So it would be better to get back to your work irrespective of whether you get it or not.

KeyPass and LastPass fan

You do not ENTER in BIOS. You only get bios interface. 😅😅
It would be cool though if you can enter into BIOS... -
@cbsa Always finish your degree first. You are not going to retire from the same company you are going to join now. The recruitment system is broken. You need to be good looking on your resume as well even before you are called for the interview.
-
I dunno..i love deployment.. I just automate it..
-
OMG...
-
@LinusCDE it's azure cli running on bash... This cli is available for all major OS.
-
@harrocan it's okay buddy...your choice.
-
@Noob just a sample for you attached as image
-
@harrocan devops is just fancy word for automation. Almost every technology is available on Windows. So why not ? Just because it has GUI doesn't mean that you can not automate.
-
@TerriToniAX About time for a separate language :D
-
@bojo that i know.. how does it is against philosophy of git?
-
@olback mkdir is there since cmd prompt times
-
ls is just an alias to get-childitem. Also you can't use ls -l or ls -la. You would need to define separate alias for that.
-
I have same experience even with sales team. Ppl are like that..feels weird though.
-
@iihirotoii same here
-
Linux is great in my opinion. There's a bit of initial learning curve, but it's very handy after that.
-
@mt3o it's typo..sorry.. what's equivalent of sysadmin+partial developer
-
Why? You should use whatever is suited best. Even MS does not use sql at every place. Greatest example: active directory
-
@mt3o yeah.. I'm a sysadmin cum developer. I know how to code but being sysadmin is my primary job.
-
@R5on11c bang on !!!
-
@mt3o Done most of these things in command line in windows. If you don't have an idea, it does not make an OS bad. You need to get trained on it like you did on Linux. And just to be clear, I also work on Linux. Each has its own set of merit. The thing which matters is what tools you want to use and where they reside. From the technology advancements I am observing, OS is going to be irrelevant in few years even for regular users.
-
Just like me...
-
@mt3o same can be done using few powershell commands
-
@chadd17 the same can be done using command line in windows these days..
-
@R5on11c unlike others I mean it. Don't know about productivity but I like to see Happy faces.
-
@demiko yep..just pretend that none of us exists.
-
Sometime change is good, even though it's forced upon you by someone else. I hope it turns out good for you.
-
@haabe yeah. it's good but sometimes you arrive in office with already a bad mood..
-
This is completely fake news. Please don't believe it.
