I'd start looking elsewhere, sounds like you're pretty under appreciated. If you really were performing that badly they should be firing you.

Find somewhere a little bit larger if you can with people you can learn off. If development is what you want to do, find somewhere that will let you do it :)

Everyone has risks associated with moving jobs etc, weigh them up as you need to.

I have been in positions where I haven't been paid well. When you're in that position take the opportunity to gain as much other value/knowledge as you can then move on

For all you know his dead son bought him that domain and he doesn't want to tell an asshat on the internet the priceless value that it holds to him.

Ask for a bigger raise.

If you provide more value than the Junior Dev (which you should as a Senior) to the company then that should be reflected in your salary.

Interviews are as much about you evaluating them as the other way around.

Be timely, polite, show some humility and ask questions.

When interviewing candidates I gave them a few small exercises, one of them that they ALL failed.

I ended up hiring the only person who after failing the task then asked me to show them how to complete it.

Depending on what the offers are and the market etc getting even a single offer can really shift you into a position of power.

I would probably recomend sleeping earlier and waking up at 6 every day.

That one day a week of waking up at 6 will mess up your schedule something fierce.

Also don't devalue the importance of exercise.

I seriously enjoy the peace of mind I have from being born in, living in, and raising my future children in Australia.
