@ars1 without giving too much details, the client wants a chatbot that asks several questions and produces a downloadable report at the end.

One ideia is to keep a log of everything that you do. You can nerd about it and use some tracking software, or simply a bullet point list for each day. Keep it at hand and show it to them when they complain. Bonus: you'll feel more productive by keeping this list updated and see it growing.

If tickets are not being a good representation of your productivity, you need to have another system in parallel for your own safety. That's what I do.

Download the app BetterTouchTools. It has a graphic in which you can see visually the tracking sensors and maybe have a better grasp of what is happening. This happened with me too, but in my case the battery was starting to get swollen. Maybe yours too and you just can't see it yet. It starts to swell very slowly.

You are still inexperienced on the subject, so it's totally normal. Sometimes teachers say things that make we think "oh I should have known that", but of course the teacher only said that because he/she studied for the class first (or had experience with the subject).
