When I was a freelancer, I finished the work, showed them the final work on the test system and then I said, as soon as you will pay me the system can go online. Flash was not the best solution, but the reason Apple doesn't like it, is another one. You could have been able to programm Apps and share them via web without using the Apple Store. And sorry Guys, but HTML5 is far away from what Flash can do nowadays. But there is still time for improvement 😄
