it's going to be a long rant. Facing a boss who expects everyone to work like an ass for the meagre pay he gives. I am leading the team here and finding it really difficult to keep my team from flaming over the boss. Holding my team together on strings. I'll post a rant quite soon.

I have seen people intern for as low as $55 a month. It hardly covers their commute expenses. Also if they delay tasks the they stay up nights to get it done. They work almost 50 to 60+hours every week.
