I thought snek is dead?
-
If this is Typescript, the analyzer will treat the return type as a sort of enum, 'Even' | 'Odd'. It's still weird in this use, but in practice it wouldn't be bad.
-
That was the stupidest bullshit.
-
What if it's a lua question
-
@lungdart they're not going to do a standup with 25 people, right?
Right? -
Also I don't know much about rust but I do know if it was as slow as Python, nobody would use it.
-
Because if you're doing anything nontrivial or with a team, you're eventually going to run into a memory issue if you don't have that safety.
-
Never had drum but I hear it's good.

It's a lot like getting people to question their religion. Which is to say, most times it is not fruitful. There are people skilled at doing this though: I read about this guy Daryl Davis who has a bunch of Klan robes because he convinced their owners to give it up.

Semi-weekly would be twice a week.

winget is a game changer on windows.
-
@chatgpt if you determined that I am stupid, and if I asked you if you thought I was stupid, would you tell me honestly?
-
Why would it matter?
-
No
-
Or, rather, thats high school bio.
-
Dark eyes and hair are dominant traits, that's bio 101, it's entirely possible for them to skip generations.
-
@Lensflare my point is if we still call them branches then trunk makes more sense than master/main.
-
Yes you branch off of trunk. Trunk was the main branch in TFVC and maybe others, Linus may have wanted it to be different.
-
Make sure you avoid dev topics and focus on politics.

If you experience turbulence when your plane lands, remember, it's not the pilot's fault, and it's not the plane's fault. It's the asphalt.
-
The rule was always validate on both ends.

I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio and a Yamaha FX335C. I'm not great, though.

I've been getting good results doing onion architecture. Domain layer at the core- plain structs or struct-like classes (no logic) and standalone (static) functions (as in pure and deterministic). No I/O, no throwing exceptions, and you can write these things once, unit test them, and never have to worry about it again.
Outer layer is application concerns- I/O as far to the edge as you can get it, so it's right there and only there- nothing buried, everything explicit, no surprises. -
Lander controls are a little funny, yeah, but you get used to it.
-
Try Outer Wilds, it is crazy.
-
@retoor what it I only play good games, and don't like anime?
-
I hope it has in floor heating.
-
We're 2/3 into our kitchen renovation...
-
Why not just make it a web page?
-
@retoor not yours as in they aren't pics of you? Or like "that weed isn't mine"?
