WTF is this? Why people can't be professional in their reports?
If they think they are funny they are NOT!

Performance improvements and bug fixes

Think they read too much manga 🤔 that's the kind of status update I read on lots of manga. Either from manga artists themselves or the translation team. 😔

Seemed funny to me. It's an android app, and almost no one reads the update reports at all. Am I missing something here?

I mean.. it is a fucking coupon app. eventually you run out of stuff to fix or implement right? anyway, I thought it was funny for such a small update (if their versioning makes proper sense though)

That was good for a giggle, Humorous change logs are getting more common which I don’t think is bad as long as important info is still passed on as well. Nothing wrong with putting some light heartedness into an already serious enough world.

They could just write “bug fixes” for everything ever done to a release every fucking time like our app guys... 😑

Part of me laughs at this and part of me cringes... Yeah, it's funny... but if I were on the project trying to track down a real issue and my queries returned commit entries like this I'd be kinda pissed, lol. But still... it's kinda funny... so I dunno. Just laugh! ;P

I give them kudos for being honest. And honestly the "bug fixes and performance improvements" updates piss me off. That's about as worthless of a "what's new" as you can give and to me, doing that in your What's New section is a cop out when you don't even say in what area the bugs we're fixed or what improvements were made. Shady lazy shit if ya ask me.
