VSCode is not working. I hate this crap more and more each day.
Its intrusive, messed with file permission, does whatever it wants, spawns lots of clashing processes, takes endless for linting/highlighting/running lots of bs trojan processes in the background and effectively blocking you from being productive more and more.

It's dangerous to my computer and my health!!

I raped it often with plugins. I just delete .vscode directory when it happens. Good as new

I used to think jetbrains products were slow in the beginning.... but after using vscode for years and have been using jetbrains for a while.... can't deny jetbrains is way better for productivity

@delusionalweeb You should try Visual Studio (not VS Code) 😂

I use vscode for things like Arduino. I guess I have not run it enough to have problems. Is it because I don't have a lot of plugins?

@Demolishun I guess so. But even the Microsoft Extensions, like Remote SSH, don't really work perfectly. They end up messing more with your systems than helping, especially in terms of file permissions

honestly, the vscode bugs are getting more annoying by the hour...

it slows down my cursor movement, even if vscode is not even taking up half my system resources.

what happened now is a miracle to me: i closed vscode and its not visible anymore, but i still have lots of open micrsoft processes.

is it so hard for microsoft to implement a software kill switch?

why do i need to write batch files for roundabout everything that I'd consider core functionality or proper behaviour?
