@CluelessBanana HTML and CSS are Turing-able together so both together can be called as a programming language

It’s a declarative DSL(domain specific language) to be specific,

in its self it can’t be used for logical or procedural purposes like imperative languages (c, php,js,Java...) but it can be used in conjunction with other languages of the same domain.

So to solve this once and for all, Yes it is, and No you will not accept it as one due to it not being able to handle logical processors.
