@jestdotty I have low trust in equities because you still have to pay for it and with a very high possibility that you’ll loose everything. I’ve never bought any of the ones I’ve been proposed.

Personally, I like how they do with some game companies, where there is a shared profit if the game does well. IMO all companies should do that, incentivises employees, and they actually get a reward for doing stuff that isn't "minimal". Even if it's just a shared "10% of profit"
