Watchdogs hacking: dir, cd, start executable

No wonder ctOS was so shit at everything, it's windows based

It's a Unix system, I know this.

`cd` didn't even change the directory.

Ubisoft accepted their mistakes and made watch dogs 2 *MUCH* better. Play that as well.

@dtaposh much better on the lingo and hacker culture, but the story wasn't as intense. Both great games as far as I'm concerned.

@n00bn00b story, yes. Not as intense. But they also wanted to bring in that H4X0R culture in, I guess. Much more vibrant and young blood. A welcoming change, i say. If there's ever a third part, I'd want a completely new vibe though. Like a difference between the games.
