I'm impressed at how accommodating the suit was to Frank. Guess the word is out about not antagonizing "weird Frank" in case he goes postal.

For just a chat tool you can use some old obsolete laptop, that is out of maintenance. Also, the suit "tricked" him into using the chat, even though Frank must have tried lying about the compatibility. Assuming that I would conclude that Frank is some "necessary evil" as a company techie in the eyes of the suit or smth. like that
