@retoor the primary goal of a zoo is to do science (ya know, zoological garden. You go to the botanical garden when you wanna see plants and you go to the zoo if you wanna see animals).
Speaking of which there's a very nice cafe that opened in the botanical garden at my city. It's cool you drink cafe among the plants. I recommend stoned. -
@retoor but ya i assume if they want to study animals it's easier if they're not extinct.
new kiki zoo reform:
- only unreleasable animals are allowed to be kept in zoos
- ban cages, replace them with large ecosystems with glass panels. ecosystems are open areas with recreated microclimate that is native to the animals that live there
- ban animal shows/performances. ban circus-like animal training. let animals do their own thing
- ban private zoos. profitable zoo = cruel zoo
