Maybe try to speak their language. "Has a risk assessment been done for the disclosed risk of my death?"

They're telling me I should have asked them to do a risk assessment. After I told them about risks that could result in my death. I don't have any other explanation than brain damage.

Super unnecessary since to be brain damaged you need a brain in the first place, and we’ve yet to see an HR person meet that requirement lol
