So like eating healthy and sleeping early and working out/running did not improve my mood.

I'm just more angrier and wants to fight/kill everyone I see.

    anger is for territory

    if violated people suppress anger, and then repeatedly get violated

    so it's good you can still feel angry 😁

    How long have you been doing it?

    Are you unusually active and smart compared to how you were before? Do you need relatively little sleep to feel well-rested? If so, you might be manic. Seek medical attention immediately, otherwise you’ll fall into deep depression in several weeks, and it will last more than one year. It won’t respond to antidepressants, you’ll have to tough it out. Many people kill themselves during it.

    You should get a heavy bag. It's saved me multiple times from having to punch someone in the face.

    @Hazarth

    It's been a year now! I actually cancelled my gym membership. But it's valid until July 30th. Lifting weights has been making me extremely angry.

    @alexanderwang maybe you should consider professional help then, there's no shame in recognizing something is off and seeking a way to fix it!

    Or maybe you just didn't find the correct coping mechanism that works for you. For me It's plenty of sleep, green tea and walking outside. It took me until my 20s to figure out what helps me relax and what I can do when I feel bad.
