A CEO. I consider that something for big companies. If you're the CEO of a four person company, it's kinda sad :P But i have no problem having anyone else but me to be the CEO. Why would you want to be that?

The idea is not wrong. There is a company in the Netherlands who decided that there are better ways for students than to work in supermarkets next to their education and started a company that outsources students. They became very succesful. There is no reason why this network could not become such thing. There are many people i would like to work with here. Let's start with how to write isolated modules so that my beautiful C and python code does not get mixed with Rust but still can communicate with it. Yes, everyone has a place in this company.
