I like how "english (translation)" is a required skill but there is no mention of other languages that I can see.

I'm ok with job postings listing stuff that "would be nice but not required" (though this one does call it 'required'), but the way they include so much unneccesary fluff in this one just makes it look unprofessional.

Even if I met all those criteria and was a motivated jobseeker I'd give that one a pass.

@ltlian Well, obviously what they mean with english(translation) is translation of english texts into every other language. But of course on a professional level, anyone can just copy it into google translate...

I think these guys should start with the first item "Recruitment Assistant" and let him rewrite this garbage. But only if he can also do shirt design!

@Nanos It is like a job application, if enough match they'll have to accept you.

That's... literally every level of every dept in the company. From CFO down to helldesk monkey.

So many people misinterpret those job postings. Most of the time they just state what they need in general, not ALL OF THEM with one single person. But posting a wider variety of properties has a higher chance of finding someone that fits one or more of the stated things.

@Snob If they are hard to interprate or too ambigious then they need to find a new person to write the job posting.

I understand that they asren't going to find someone who has all of the required skills, so if they are hiring anyone then they are going to have to accept that all of these skills aren't "required". Even then they need to do a better job seperating skills required from prefered and write a better job posting.
