Urgh, I can't get going on Mondays. Even in a calm environment and with a really nice project I can't get focused on my task.
What's wrong with me?

OT: Sounds like a mindset problem. Yeah, coming back to work after a weekend / vacation / holiday sucks, but it is what it it. At work, we work.
