When your school project team fails to deliver 3 times in a row because of their incompetency and they're the sole reason for your failing grades

I fucking hate that people always dissapoint me when working together. So I try doing 2 main things-
1. Noticing when they do a great job
2. Noticing when I fucked up.
Those 2 stupid things put the "OMG people are the worst" in perspective. I don't think it's a good advice, but what do I know about people.

What @stop said. I did that everytime. And the best part was that I charged people money if they wanted to have a grade.

I simply embarrass them, writing sort of a summary of how our project went (and who did what and who did not do anything) and give them deadlines. How?
A few weeks ago we have had to do a video about stock shares.

We were a group of 4 people. I gave a guy the task to get his shit done until the deadline is now. Another guy was "ill" all of the time. Missing communication and ignorance. He was not ill. He was and still is a regular school skipper. He attends school like, once in two weeks.
Anyways. I warned him several times. He did not bother and that led me to not bother, as well. Since I was the guy who did the video editing, audio editing and one of the speakers I simply gave everyone a credit. But this was a special one.
It was like this.:
Video&Audio: my name
Speakers: guy with deadline, another guy and me
*insert big ass noticable space here*
?: guy who was "ill"

Yes. I literally put a question mark there. It was hilarious when everyone watched that video including him. He was very ashamed. And that was my goal.

I am normally a chill and calm guy, but when shit like this happens, you don't want to see me.
