I don't get that, but I do get the casual "How's things going?" and I don't mind that, it's good to know your boss is there if you need them.

I usually just keep going and ignore them since they dont understand what the little curly things do anyway. Eventualy they feel awkward and leave.

Personally I would prefer no one watches me working. However, if someone does, I usually don't mind it (especially if I'm working on a bug at that moment, if they start a conversation about the code they might just work the way a rubber duck does and help me clear that bug)

I hate this so much that I stop working until he realizes and moves out. Bitch.

I dont mind. I'd just bring him a chair and a popsicle and ask him to be quiet so i can work.

For a year I've been sitting near my boss, this cunt didn't work 90% of the time. He was looking for a new home and working on a side project of his while i was doing my job and once i was done - his work as well...

I quit 2 weeks ago.

Our team says that boss is with his belly button in our shoulder.. kkk
