Crystal reports, when given a null value into a display string, will just ignore everything and output a blank.

@Codex404 You can write conditional logic saying that if the value is null, use this instead, and it totally ignores it. Plus, indeterminite behavior is fine as long as you don't change anything, so the higher ups blame you for their terrible database design.
