stytches275yI tried the butter, MCT oil, and coffee for an office biggest loser. I won and promptly dropped the Keto diet but I kept the coffee.
Having that in the morning helps me not need breakfast, and I can maintain better throughout the morning.
Probably anecdotal, but I also noticed I didn't get sick as often after I started drinking the coffee. When I did get sick it didn't seem to hit me as bad as everyone else. -
Gave up coffee so I could shake my caffeine addiction. Feels great not to rely on that stuff to stay awake anymore.
Really sucked for a little longer than a week, though. -
For the curious ones : apparently, putting fat in your coffee (typically butter) is supposed to give you more energy and makes you "unstoppable" (marketing buzzwords here)
The "science" behind it sounds probable, but it has not been proven... -
