I'm french (developer, obviously), I will be graduated in september, and I want to move to London. which company is recruiting foreigners during this perdiod ?

My advice is to look for an internship in France (Paris) until march 2021. Because of Corona and Brexit policy will change by the day as there will be probably a "No Deal Brexit". Sucks to be young in these times tbh. 😢

@heyheni I read on the UK government website that the rules after the brexit are not so complicated...

@molaram I have my reasons (other than just my job) to move, however, in France, 90% of the companies hiring in IT are services company which treat us like cattle, plus we don't have a technology culture, therefore, most of the IT jobs are quite uninteresting. And ask anybody here, he will say that you will earn more in UK

on a side note: if it's adventure your seeking. The Taiwanese government is paying foreign students to study in Taiwan 480€ a month and ~1600€ a semester. Including the flight ticket.
You get to do your Master in CS or management and learn chinese and spend nights at streetfood stalls. Taking tours with your moped through taiwans stunning scenery. And you get to know students from all over the world, which gives you the connections to work where you want.
And you get to work 15 hours a week on a student visa.

Graduate programs are where you'll want to look, but bear in mind a lot of companies have suspended those programs in the wake of covid, with some suspending hiring entirely.

Since everyone is working remotely, companies that are hiring generally want experienced devs who they can be reasonably confident will just be able to "get on with stuff" when working remotely. For better or worse, the assumption is that graduates will generally need "babysitting" to some degree, and that doesn't work well remotely.

@AlmondSauce I am fortunately working for two years (apprenticeship), it's not ideal I know but It's more than nothing... However, I understand the point. It's too bad because I'm very motivated. This crisis really fucked me...
