Out top management has made the decision that our managers must have billable work as well on projects. I feel like winter is coming.

@heyheni I understand people management is a full time time work but this is for those who do it right and actually care to build people and help the company grow. But nowadays they just climb their way to management (honestly or dishonestly) to earn more and be set free from the gruelling work. Management shouldn't have the feel of freedome or safe, if ever it's a heavy burden to care for everyone and everything. Maybe if they work again they will remember. Although I'm curious how they can assimilate back into project work.

Like they have to code....or some "Told someone to do the thing, 1hr."
