Definitely one that cannot render the complete Universe simultaneously, hence the speed limit of c.
It also cannot render all the electrons, and does lazy loading. That is, until you observe an electron, it does not have a fixed position. -

Likely not even something we would recognize.
Because let’s face it: if we were technologically advanced enough to simulate an entire universe (or multiple), would we really want to simulate something similar to our own? Or different ones with different rules? The latter would be far more interesting.
