Folks on the other hand can be considered as calling me old so can't win there either.

@C0D4 I think I've dealt with shit (eg there's been depression in my family since I was 10), and I'm fairly open about shit (I remember standing up in one of my school lessons when I was like 14/15 talking about antidepressants as "happy pills", they're not, they help take away the down but don't necessarily replace it with an up), and at some point people started talking to me about their shit, and I've got more of my own shit goin on, so I'm vaguely aware and try to encourage better habits but I'm also fairly blasé unless someone is upset or being a jerk.
