When I started at first semester at engineering school, our programming teacher could not write code! He then took the 2nd semester programming course alongside the rest of us!

Do you pay for engineering school?
If so, you should've demanded your money back.

Well, my teacher is not that better. Everytime he codes, it gives an error message, the auxiliar fix the code and then teaches the class in the last few minutes. Its a class of opening the notebook and going to codecademy

@anon81 Is there not? A lot of education in Denmark is free. You should know that, living here ;)

@aaxa Correct! I'm certainly not paying anything for my education at the moment :-)

@FrederikBolding @aaxa It doesn't make education "free" that you are not paying a monthly fee. You pay tenfold in taxes for the rest of your life. That makes education in Denmark much more expensive than at Harvard or MIT! The quality sucks though!

@anon81 Well, it's hard to know exactly what your taxes are paying for. As they also go towards health care etc.

@anon81 Well that's sort of true. It's not the only thing they're paying for though.
And you do have the freedom to leave Denmark when your education is done. If you do that I'm quite sure you haven't paid enough in taxes to pay for your own education, depending on age (don't know how old you are though)
