    @CozyPlanes I'm currently in school and we're about to start assembly. I assumed it was a common thing that was taught.

    @jmclemo6 in school? Wow, that's nice 😉
    Assembly is very very good for making you think in pure, step-by-step, algorithms, so teaching it in school is probably a smart idea. It may not particularly be useful today, but hell does it boosts your brains lol

    @AlmightyBaka very true. In all honesty it'll be the first new thing I've learned as far as programming goes in my computer science courses at my university. They take things very slow here.

    If you want to look at something interesting as far as Assembler goes, take a look at grc.com/smgassembly.htm Its an old, but fascinating site, and you can get some ideas about creating Windows apps in Assembler. Steve Gibson is a technology pioneer.

    @jmclemo6 I have some friends there! I'm sorry it's going slow man... suggestion: look up FRC and see if you can try to mentor team 4265 or 3824. They're both in the area and pretty good teams (there's also a lot of small teams that are bad/underfunded/understaffed if you want to do more charity style work)
