This is a great comic idea

My previous manager not only used to send texts while talking to you or answering phone calls.

He was able to dial a phone call while talking to you and start talking on phone without even saying sorry, sometimes when he did it with other colleagues it was barely impossible to notice the change of conversation. The only sign was the disappointment on the face of the colleague…

It’s easy to multitask when the only tasks are being an asshole and being an idiot. And he failed even at that.

insert a queue in your systems where you can put a text on hold for up to a defined max time.
Add to that a button that sends one of those messages.

Everybody could pile in their not so urgent texts, see how many are available and then release a distraction when needed
