Turns out it was planned but what the fuck, the closest siren is like 100 metres from my window.

In Sweden the tests of the warning sirens run in the afternoon, not in the morning ;)

In Hungary they announced tests and then never did them, or tried and failed miserably, but I was in town at the time of the test and didn't hear a thing.

@lbfalvy maybe a coverage fail. Bad either way.

@p100sch I was downtown, and Budapest downtown is small enough that three strategically placed air raid sirens can cover everything, so a coverage issue is very alarming.

As we are talking about russians:
In your countries, do exist pro-kremlin russian organizations?

In Portugal, almost everyday we discover some organization who is pro-kremlin or give informations to Russia.

The worst cases we had was our capital city gave personal data to Russia (at least 27 times, since 2012), and other cases where organizations who welcome ukrainians had connections with Russia and asked "weird" questions to the refugees, like where if they had family in Ukraine or what they think about Russia

Wouldn't it be nice if people would stop victimizing each other or making excuses to be monsters and we could all just live what's left of our lives in peace ?

@Ranchonyx yeah one just got off on telling me there was nothing she could do to alleviate my pain because of a rule in the USA that is often bent or broke to get prescriptions filled but still is an excuse people like her use to not help.
