I just released 65 last week.

I fucking hated it.

To much change in one release.

we have a rule : 1 ticket can take AT NOST half a day (Ofc, if not estimated before, it could take a week).

So you still have 7 to go, then you can do whatever the fuck you want

@C0D4 @sariel Damn. We don't do releases or release branches. Just merge to main once it's done and approved. If the feature is not ready to be released to the users we put it under a feature toggle.

@aadilp we don't do strict releases, depends if its BAU or project work.

BAU tickets can be pushed through when ever, project work tends to be more waterfall due to dependencies.

Each ticket is "pointed" in half day blocks. So a lot of small tickets can add up to several days quickly but still be a days work collectively.
