Hey all. I'm a fresh college grad with a bachelor's in Software Engineering minor in math. I'm applying to countless jobs with little to no luck hearing back. Any tips from you all? Much appreciated!!

While you're applying for jobs be working equally hard on side projects that you can show off to prove you know your stuff. nowadays experience counts for a lot more than a degree

Apply for Jr. positions at big companies like Honeywell.

You can learn machine learning, everyone wants an ml engineer these days.

Bit cliche but look up developer interview questions, for the rando interviewers that want you to answer out-of-scope questions like on infrastructure or weird stuff like monoids. You get dinged for not having a basic (right or wrong) clue about things you'll never work with nor have input on, seriously.

I agree with @jirehstudios, large companies are great for the first job. I started at UHaul right out of school. I even received and accepted an offer after hitting a car in the parking garage.

Spend every waking moment you're not talking to potential employers building your portfolio. The degree says you have to knowledge, they want to see execution.

if you dont have a portpolio yet, it's wise as the guys above mentioned applying for a Jr position in a large firm.
at this stage, put aside the importance of the salary... so another internship if it means getting experiemce. its a good experience, really
