We have to get this project properly documented as the customer has quit the contract and another company now has to work with that code. Also do it quick and don't waste too much time. - also my soon-ex-boss

Well. Code should be self explanatory as well as meaningfull variable and function names. Documentation ok, but to explain usecases. Not workflow.
