Don't know what to say really. I only can tell it really sucks for you. I wish you more stability and inner peace so you feel at your optimal self? Something among those lines
-
NoMad141761y@NeatNerdPrime 🤨 I can sorta get what you're getting at, and thanks if you're positive-vibing. But those words can be misinterpreted as well, and so I'll just stick to the well-wishes and not read any other intentions into that. 😊
-
@NoMad so you are 1 kg away from normal? Your joints should prepare the party already!
-
@NeatNerdPrime thoughts and prayers are shorter version of what you want to say :/
-
@ostream weight doesn’t matter that much? Are you trying to get some pussy? Extra 20 kg is a result of sth going really bad already and it causes a lot of problemds(extra 20 ffs). There is no wellbeing with extra 20 kg. Yes I am fat shaming by underlining medical facts. Fuck body positivity that is hijacked by fatsos. BP was for people with injuries, genetic conditions, not for whales that use 💅💅💅excessively.
-
@NoMad shit, I made all those harsh comments thinking you list 19kg. Now I look like bully. But it is what it is…
-
NoMad141761y@aviophile actually, I'm all for body positivity. I also don't think weight matters. It wasn't the weight itself that was bothering me, it just wasn't my "normal" weight. I'm all against body-shaming.
-
@NoMad as i said, extra 20 results from underlying issues. And for obviously most men but also your heart, joints etc, 20 kg matters :/
-
NoMad141761y@aviophile depends on your body. Many keep a perfect level of input/output of energy despite being conservatively obese. (Literally most heavy athletes, for example)
And also, if we're gonna preach perfect-body and police people's bodies, we should do the same for mental health. 😛 ya know, healthy body, healthy mind. It would be fun to send people to "toxicity camps" where they have to sit through group therapy. Lol.
Overall, whether it is healthy or worth the risks, is an individual decision. -
NoMad141761y@ostream anxiety does suck, but I'm trynna be positive. 😜
I'll try sports sometime in the near future. I try to keep active enough to keep the muscles engaged. Still trying to get back what I lost during covid. 😑 -
@NoMad he can’t chill. He is suffering from beta male aggression. Women don’t like him, so he plays thoughtful woke on the internet. But still, perpetually rage outbursts give him away.
-
@NoMad i am toxic but also realist. 20 kg doesn’t hurt normally 100 kg 195+ cm men, but it surely is a bad omen for normally 55kg woman. You made me quote that Jude: facts don’t care about feelings.
-
@ostream it matters to me, as I filter women irl out based on looks and weight etc. What you are trying to say is “don’t talk bas about mah queen 😡”. This is a public place, I decide what matters to me or not.
-
@aviophile "Health at every size" originally meant you can do something for your health at every size, which is true. Just not the same for everyone because e.g. running with obesity would be a joint cracker.
It was only afterwards that some people usurped it to suddenly mean that health and size are unrelated, which is denial of reality.
@NoMad Congrats if not to the cause, then at least to the result. One idea to get away with a minimum of sport would be lifting - especially with regard to the back. Dev jobs involve a lot of sitting, and back pain sucks so much more than sport. -
@ostream leave devRant if you don’t want to read me. Ez. This place is bad for your mental health.
-
NoMad141761y@kiki mine does too, when it's lower. On a higher range, I'm too nauseous to eat anything for days.

Gaskoin01yBeyond written sources, I expanded my horizons by exploring podcasts and documentaries dedicated to the topic https://a-steroidshop.ws/ of steroids. These audio and visual mediums provided a more engaging and holistic perspective on the subject, allowing me to hear from experts and individuals with firsthand experience.

I gained 20+ kilos during covid.
By now I have lost about 19 of those. And no, I didn't do any specific sports or diet. I lost them via ✨anxiety✨.
And yes, I am naturally skinny.
I still have a good 20 to lose to be back at my ""usual"" weight tho. ✌️ (Gained those thanks to depression, hormonal disorder, and related meds)
